Vogel Alcove Homeless Shelter Members in Dallas Learn About Oral Health

Drs. Phillips and Ray had the honor of presenting to the children at Vogel Alcove on July 20, 2017, about the importance of oral health. Vogel Alcove is an organization that is dedicated to serving the needs of homeless children in our community. They help the children succeed in life, despite their difficult circumstances, and the Dallas chapter of Project Save A Mouth was thrilled with the opportunity to join their incredible cause. After the fun and educational presentation, the doctors handed out goodie bags full of oral hygiene products along with informational flyers on how to take care of their teeth. With over 3,000 children in Dallas suffering from homelessness every day, our goal is to impact as many children and families as possible through our community initiative.
