On January 11, 2017, Rio Grande Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Center proudly launched the Albuquerque chapter of Project Save A Mouth. RGOS’ partners in the Albuquerque chapter include the University of New Mexico, Santa Fe Community College, and the New Mexico Department of Health, among local medical professions looking to improve the community’s health through this initiative. Dr. Gregory McGee and his team demonstrated to the event’s attendees the sugar content in everyday drinks and how Albuquerque’s youth are affected by the lack of proper dental hygiene habits.
